We had a trip to their Kodiakanal Hotel last December. We booked a cottage with two bedrooms, kitchen and other facilities. The main reason was that we can cook in the kitchen. They will provide utensils, only we have to get vegetables and powders. But when we reach there they are saying that we cannot use the kitchen. Finally we had to choose the same since we reach there in the midnight. My parents can't actually have junk foods from outside. We were forced to take the food from the hotel and after the trip they were affected with health problems. Why the staffs are hiding the details at the time of booking. I have seen an average review on consumerdaddy, they are going to loose this rating too.
